SEStran is pleased to announce a potential new funding opportunity in the sustainable and active travel sphere, that could deliver £200,000 of funding to the successful applicants(s).

The successful project(s) will deliver more sustainable and active outcomes for the people and communities in our region, this may be through the planning and development of infrastructure or a project that promotes awareness and increased participation in active and sustainable travel, reducing the reliance on and number of car journeys in the South East of Scotland.

We are inviting expressions of interest from organisations (academic, public and private), groups and charities from all sections of our community, please send to SEStran an outline of your project (no more than 300 words) with FAST 2017 Grant, your organisation name, some background on what you do and the lead persons contact details (including website if applicable) to: for more information please contact Keith Fisken at SEStran on 0131 524 5167.
