Environmental Information Regulations

In its ongoing effort to remain as open as possible and to adhere to Freedom of Information legislation, SEStran complies fully with the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004 (‘the EIRs’).  This is a statement of the Environmental Information Regulations policy adopted by SEStran, the Regional Transport Partnership (RTP) for the South East of Scotland.  This policy is applicable to all environmental information held by the RTP.
