SEStran takes its duties with regard to equalities very seriously. We have made significant progress in adopting and implementing policies in the human resources area which have equalities of opportunity enshrined within them.

In addition a major theme within SEStran’s Regional Transport Strategy is equality of access to transport facilities and through that to jobs, health care, education, shopping and social activities.
