SEStran 2035 RTS Draft Case for Change: SEA Environmental Report

As part of the development of the new Regional Transport Strategy, SEStran 2035, there is a requirement to undertake a Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) in support of the development of the new strategy. The STAG Case for Change Report has been completed and assessed to ensure that full account is being taken of an Environmental Duties and Issues during its development.
