SEStran 2035 – STAG Preliminary Option Appraisal Report

This report details work undertaken to accord with the Scottish Transport Appraisal Guidance (STAG) requirements in assessing the development and production of the new Regional Transport Strategy (RTS) for the SEStran area. Each option identified in the Case for Change stage of the process has been qualitatively appraised in line with the requirements of STAG to identify their impacts against both the Strategy Objectives and the STAG criteria. This is a required stage in the assessment process necessary to support the consideration of the draft RTS by Scottish Ministers as part of the formal approval process.
