HR Policies 25th January 2013: SEStran aims to maximise attendance and minimise ill health amongst its employees and to promote health at work It is recognised that attendance of employees at work is crucial for the effective operation of SEStran.  SEStran is therefore committed to implementing a fair and proper means of monitoring sickness absence in accordance with the Equal Opportunities and Dignity at Work Policy, to ensure that appropriate action is taken in order to manage sickness absence in a fair and consistent manner whilst remaining responsive to the needs of individual employees
